In the heart of Middelburg you will find a number of meeting rooms and conference facilities all hosted by our hotel. There is a boardroom, 3 multi-functional meeting rooms and there is even the possibility to meet in the famous Town Hall of Middelburg.

Of course we can arrange your event or meeting from start to finish and there is the possibility to stay overnight in our hotel. Presidential Suite for 6-24 people

The Presidential Suite is the jewel of our hotel. With more than 55 m2 and up to 8 m high ceilings, a beautiful parquet floor, special chandeliers, tall windows and luxurious furnishings. The suite is perfect for gatherings of 6 to 24 people.

6 – 18 people: U-shape, square or theater
12 – 24 people: theater

The Presidential Suite is equipped with the latest equipment such as a 58 inch LED screen for presentations, projector, meeting supplies, high-speed WiFi, individually adjustable climate control.

Particularly suitable for multi-day and boardroom meetings.

3 multifunctional rooms for 15-90 people

Boutique Hotel The Roosevelt offers 3 multifunctional meeting rooms directly next to our property. The rooms feature modern furnishings and a projector or LCD screen for presentations. All meeting rooms also have natural light, climate control, sufficient power outlets and a secure internet connection.

It is possible to hold meetings or organize events in the Town Hall of Middelburg. The Town Hall of Middelburg is known as one of the finest medieval town halls in the country. Built in the Gothic style of the late Middle Ages there have been many changes to the town hall over the centuries.

The Town Hall of Middelburg offers 2 rooms, namely the Council Chamber (suitable for max. 45 people), and the civic hall (suitable for 200-400 people).
